Payment Options
Three easy ways to pay your La Jolla Alta Common Council No. 1 assessments — by mail, through your bank, or on auto-pay.
Account Lookup
Find Your Account Number
Enter your property address exactly as it appears on your statement (e.g. "1540 Alta La Jolla Dr"). Spacing and capitalization don't matter, but the spelling must match.

Paper Check
Prefer to mail a check? Note your account number in the memo line and send to the processing center below.
Option 2
Through Your Bank
Already use online bill pay? Set the payee to the address below and include your account number as the reference.
Most banks deliver bill-pay checks in 5–7 business days — schedule early to avoid late fees.

Step-by-Step
Setting up Alliance Bank auto-pay
Management Company ID: 7745·Association ID: ALTA

Set up a new Auto-Pay account
Click the Alliance Association Bank button above and choose Set up Account under New Users to create your portal.

Add your property
Enter the management company ID 7745, then use Search by Address to find your home. The Association ID is ALTA. Your account / lockbox ID is at the bottom of your statement.

Add your payment method
Enter the bank account information you'd like to draft from each cycle.

Schedule your payment
Enter the correct assessment amount for La Jolla Alta Common Council No. 1. Once scheduled, watch your inbox — Alliance sends a confirmation email that you must action to finish enrollment.

Confirm your enrollment
Open the confirmation email from Alliance Association Bank and click the activation link to finalize your auto-pay. Until you confirm, your payment is not scheduled — check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Important: once your payment is scheduled, Alliance emails you a confirmation — you must click Confirm in that email to complete the scheduling of your auto-payment.
FAQ
Common billing questions
Will my existing auto-pay transfer to Coastal?+
No. Auto-pay set up with the prior management company will not transfer. You'll need to cancel your previous auto-pay and re-enroll with AppFolio or Alliance Association Bank using the steps above.
When will assessments start being collected by Coastal?+
Coastal Management & Consulting will begin processing assessments on the official transition date. Watch your inbox and the Management Transition page for the latest schedule.
Are there fees for paying online?+
AppFolio charges a $2.49 convenience fee per eCheck transaction. Alliance Association Bank's direct-draft auto-pay is free. Credit card payments through either portal may incur additional processor fees.
What if I don't have my account number yet?+
Use the Find Your Account Number tool above, or email accounting@nbcoastal.com with your property address and we'll respond within one business day.
